The Litter Picker Tracker (LPT) is one of my personal projects which I deliver through ootv.co.uk (ootv). This privacy policy will explain how ootv uses the personal data that you provide when you use my web apps.
In summary: ootv will only collect personal data that you provide. Your email address is used for password resets and contacting you in the case that you win a prize. Your postcode is used so that ootv can see the geographic areas that users have signed up from. If you choose to provide it, you can set a username which will be shared with the members of teams that you join. ootv only collects cookies that are necessary for the app to function. The minimum age to use the full app is 16. People under the age of 16 can still have an account but their account will have some limiations, and it must be set up by their parent/guardian.
There is a single privacy policy that covers all ootv tools. You are creating an account for all of the tools (even if you intend to only use one), and so this privacy policy is inclusive of:

You must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the content you submit to ootv, or which is submitted to ootv using your account.
ootv may use and analyse the data you provide, but it will be anonymised.
ootv will not be responsible for any loss of damage of the data that you store within the software.
